WHAT’S IN A PLANNING MEETING?
Planning Meetings are some of my favorite times with my clients! They can take place at a local coffee shop, over a glass of wine, or at your venue!
Once you’ve booked my services, I’ll send over some forms for you to fill out to get to know you better. Together, we’ll review those forms, discussing your vision for your day, planning the logistics and all those beautiful details to create your elegant and beautiful day!
I LOVE these meetings-getting to know my clients a little better and getting help create their beautiful vision.
Below is a brief description of what happens and which forms are given out at each one (note: depending on your services selected, you may experience a little more or a little less than what is described below):
Introductory Vision Meeting:
All forms due one week before meeting. Will charge $25 for forms due late.

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE REHEARSAL?
The Wedding Rehearsal usually takes place the day before your wedding but this does depend on the availability of the venue. The rehearsal is the beginning of those events where your wedding is getting ‘real’ and the first time that ALL of those people who love, from both the Bride & Groom’s lives, are coming together for the momentous and celebratory day! We run through the basics of the ceremony and make sure everyone is comfortable knowing where they’re walking to, standing, and what they’re expected to do day of during the ceremony. Such a fun and important part of your wedding weekend!
Below are some of the things you can expect at your Wedding Rehearsal:
1.5 hour rehearsal time included in service fee
Name tags for all attendees
Rehearse key components of ceremony
Staging of Processional, Rehearsal and ceremony locations
Provide directions to rehearsal dinner

It would be my pleasure to connect you with some of the best wedding professionals I know in each category below.
