Event Management
Are you the kind of person who’s been planning your wedding since you knew what a wedding was? Same here! If so, this service may be perfect for you, the hands-on-bride. Our Event Management service is for clients who need some professional guidance along the way but have already checked off all the lists in the planning and design phase.
After our initial consultation, booking and onboarding call, you’ll have access to Marcella Camille Events wedding planning documents to help guide you in through the three phases of wedding planning. You also get to email as much as you need to and can schedule a monthly 30 minute phone call, if you like!
Roughly 6-8 weeks before your wedding, we’ll attend a venue walkthrough together and we’ll start the process of transferring all your plans to your Marcella Camille Events team. We’ll then help you create a master plan for the wedding day and handle all the vendor communication beginning 30 days out.
Day-of, we happily manage your wedding so you can focus on shining brightly, getting married, and spending time with your loved ones.

EVENT DESIGN
Have your vendors booked but need help making sure your pinterest board translates seamlessly into a design that’s as unique as you? Then this service is for you! We will take you through our proven design strategy to curate a custom design that touches on all the design touch points you and your guests will experience during your event.
You’ll have access to your custom design deck with downloadable links and a custom shopping list for any resources you may need to purchase as well.
On your big day, we’ll be there for up to 4 hours to ensure your design is set up perfectly.

Virtual Consultation

MCE offers hourly consultation calls via video chat. We will send you a questionnaire before our meeting and will cover whatever topic you are wanting related to your event.
The call will be recorded and will be sent to you after the meeting along with an actionable to-do document with further documented suggestions.
